The room was clean and spacious, plus the bed was very comfortable. Shuttle service was not reliable; I missed it due to unclear pickup information. Close to a golf course, which is a nice bonus if you play. a decent choice for an airport stay.

I absolutely loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace – a perfect chill spot! The breakfast at the Pilot House was delicious, and the staff made me feel right at home. The shower pressure? Divine! After a long day, nothing beats a refreshing shower.

Clean and spacious room with a nice on-site restaurant. The free airport shuttle was convenient. Some areas could use better noise insulation from planes. Not enough seating options in public areas and limited amenities like an iron. Golf course nearby adds to the appeal.

I loved how close everything was to the airport, with a less than 5-minute drive making it super convenient especially for an early morning flight, and there were some great spots nearby like the Curtiss Mansion just about 500 meters away and several good restaurants within walking distance including Ihop which is only a few steps away, making it easy to grab a meal after a late arrival; the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The only downside was the noise from the neighboring room but that didn't ruin my overall experience.

Our arrival was smooth, despite a delayed flight, and she ensured we had a quiet room to rest in after a long journey. One of the highlights for us was the convenient location near the airport, making it easy to travel to and from. The proximity to various attractions also made Lyft rides affordable, which was a plus for exploring the area. there were a few issues that impacted our stay. We experienced a lack of hot water for showers, which was disappointing after a long day of traveling. the noise level from traffic and the airport overhead disturbed our rest during the night. The room amenities, such as the fan and fridge, also posed a challenge with their loud operation. the customer service in the hotel's restaurant was lacking. The staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to the guests' needs promptly. This made dining in the restaurant less enjoyable, and we opted to get our food to go to avoid the slow service. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, we encountered issues with missing towels and difficulty operating the shower faucets. The housekeeping service did not replace the towels as expected, leading to an additional charge and inconvenience.

Check-in was a nightmare. One staff member was overwhelmed while the other seemed more interested in chatting than helping. It felt frustrating to wait forever with conversations happening right in front of me. Definitely not a warm welcome!

The bed and pillows promised great comfort and delivered; I had a restful night. the shower pressure was weak and inconsistent in temperature, which was disappointing. The air conditioning was outdated and noisy, affecting the overall comfort. It was quiet, considering the proximity to the airport. Conveniently, the hotel provided cribs for infants, and food options were within walking distance. Unfortunately, the shuttle experience could use better communication; I encountered issues finding it at the airport.

Beautiful hotel with a welcoming ambiance. The staff radiated friendliness, and our rooms were impeccably clean. Comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The restaurant? A standout. Varied menu, excellent service, delicious food. The free shuttle to the airport was a definite plus, though I wish it ran on the half hour. late-night dining options were nonexistent; the restaurant closed too early. Noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome, and cleanliness could improve in common areas. Parking lacked security, which is concerning. A mixed bag, but the positives outweigh the negatives. I would return for the service and comfort, but hope for improvements on some fronts.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel since it’s just a short shuttle ride from the airport which made getting here super easy, and with great restaurants nearby like Ihop only a few steps away and fantastic local gems like the Clima Art Gallery and Curtiss Mansion within a kilometer or two, I was able to enjoy some delightful walking and exploration right from the hotel, plus the rooms were comfy with nice beds and great water pressure in the shower, but the hotel could improve by providing clearer information on the shuttle service for first-time travelers.

Free parking was a nice touch, and the location near the airport was perfect. The hotel was clean, and the friendly staff made check-in easy, even allowing early arrival. Rooms were well-decorated, and the bed was super comfy. the noise from planes was noticeable in our room, and we found an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. The restaurant on the 6th floor offered surprisingly good food, but service there was lacking. Make sure to confirm housekeeping, as we learned the hard way. A mixed bag of experiences that had its ups and downs.

The location was close to the airport, super convenient for a quick getaway. The restaurant served top-notch food, a real treat during my stay over Xmas. Plus, the room was cozy and clean, making it a relaxing stay despite the hectic holiday season.
The front desk staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, making it frustrating to try and get anything sorted during my stay. From room change requests to simple inquiries, they seemed too busy to assist.

the hotel is modern and clean with nice bar staff.
I had issues with my room allocation and the receptionist was really rude. I paid a lot for a room I didn't want and got stuck with a key that wouldn't work.

Had a blast with friends hitting up the casinos around, like Hialeah Park Racing & Casino and Magic City Casino. Non-stop action and winning streaks made our nights unforgettable!
Would've loved to have a livelier nightlife scene at the hotel for us young party animals.

Enjoyed watching the game at the sports bar, eating delicious chicken wings, and singing karaoke. Ideal stopover with an outdoor pool. Fun evening at the karaoke!

the room was perfect – clean and fresh. the hotel is fairly close to the airport. the pilot house restaurant is a great spot for plane spotting and delicious food. the service from philip at the front desk was flawless – very pleasant and customer-focused.

stayed twice at Wyndham Garden before our journey to Europe and upon our return. excellent interaction with the hotel staff, exceptionally clean room, comfortable restful bed, and excellent restaurant service with a varied menu. the hotel also provided a shuttle service to return to the airport, which was a plus.

I chose Wyndham Garden for its convenient location near the airport, as I had limited time to explore Miami. However, the on-site sports bar exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed watching the game on multiple screens, relishing delicious chicken wings, and having a blast with karaoke.
Flight delay caused inconvenience.

My stay at this Miami hotel was short but great. The service was exceptional, much better than the nearby Miami International Airport Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the on-site car park provided convenient parking. The luggage storage service was convenient for my overnight stay, and the 24-hour reception and security gave me peace of mind. The bar/lounge area was a cozy spot to relax, and the restaurant served delicious meals. The welcome drink and snack bar were a nice touch. The coffee shop was perfect for grabbing a quick caffeine fix. The free airport shuttle made transportation easy, and the fitness centre was well-equipped. The room was large and comfortable with a strong and warm shower. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with a good view of the airport. The staff were friendly and there were frequent shuttles to and from the terminals. The Pilot Restaurant had delicious food, and the hotel had a clean and nice swimming pool.
Felt very much at home, no complaint.
